I feel compelled to write a review. Following a recent big wind storm, we had water dripping in our bedroom. I called numerous roofing companies early in the morning, and many did not pick up, more did not return my voicemail, or reported they did not do repair work. The Black Diamond folks also noted that they generally don't do emergency repair work, but said that if they were anywhere near by, they'd stop by and check it out. Within 45 minutes of placing the call, our roof was patched, and the actual repair was soon completed for a very reasonable cost. I will call them when I need a replacement. Amazing service!

Very professional on every level. Excellent work on the roof & it looks great. The job went just as described in the bid proposal. Clean up & crew was excellent. Hand nailed all the way with an outstanding long term warranty on the work. This seems to be a company & owner who stands behind their work. No hesitation to recommend them. We had a "cheaper" roof done 10 years ago, it only leaked 5 times.....no response from previous roofing company/owner re any "alleged warranty" or repairs. Again, you get what you pay for. Black Diamond was excellent !!!!
