I’ve been to this place twice, and this place does an okay job of Manicure and pedicure. Most times this place runs out of Shellac options, and my first experience took me almost 1.5 hrs for mani pedi. The staff has language barriers so you’ve to be patient as you communicate, which is okay. But a few staff members are rather rude when it comes to being flexible, I expect better service for returning customers. That said, it’s still the best option in Newcastle (there are only 3 options that I know of and the others are really bad).

Trying to find my go-to nail place since I moved out of Seattle. Found this place and the first thing I noticed that it was a super clean facility and the ladies there are nice! The lady doing my nails did a good job making sure the paint job was nice and that I didn't mess them up subconsciously twinkling my toes in the seat lol. She was quick, but it didn't feel rushed at all. The only thing I wished is that she filed this one callous a little longer than 1.5 seconds. Other than that, super happy and will be going back for my future nail appointments!

Polished is simply the best! The salon is clean and comfortable and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Anna P. is very kind and caring and always gives me the best pedicure, manicure and brow wax. I love this salon and will go nowhere else!Service: Pedicure
