    My hair cut was scheduled for 11:30 AM. I showed up at around 10:50 AM, went up to the door, and noticed a sign on the door that said they can have one client at a time due to Covid (understandable) and that I needed to wait in my car until I get a call or text. Well, I waited in my freezing car for about an hour only to get a text at 11:56 AM saying that my appointment was marked as a “no-show.” I followed the rules posted on their door AND waited an extra 30 minutes over my scheduled appointment time and this is what I get.
