I had no idea what to expect and I was surprised and delighted by the staff, the ambiance, and the service provided. The one thing that disappointed me (because I didn’t know) was that they only do cash tips. I almost never bring cash with me anywhere so I felt like a total jerk walking away from the spa experience of my dreams with no way to tip. I am saving my envelope to tip extra next time (and believe me, there will be a next time soon). One last remark was that at the time of the service I was two months postpartum and still sensitive about my body and my scar. Never once did I feel ashamed or worried about my body and that was really lovely.

Went on my friend's birthday, there was a special they offered for us including our visit and we got to walk around the whole facility for the first time and it was quiet and extremely peaceful. The different rooms provided a lot of sensations and the area was located in a spacious parking lot right off the exit.

I started going to Olympus as a part of my self care routine in 2005, then recently with the pandemic was wary of groups of people gathering, breathing etc. I went for the first time in 4 years on Jan 1st and was so pleased with the level of cleanliness and mindfulness about the amount of people in the space. I had a scrub with the Ginseng Moisturizing Treatment, my skin is the softest it's been in ages, the restaurant is still amazing, and if you haven't treated yourself to at least the facilities (dry rooms, bath house) you're missing something from your life. I love Olympus.
