“My garage/shop was built 15 years ago under the supervision of Bob Bonney, They did an excellent job framing & sheathing and I finished it with horizontal siding roofing and the slab. The building was designed with a large storage space in the loft but I never got around to finishing that. I’m well into my 60s now and not physically able to do (high) work anymore, This is where bj&r come back into the picture. I knew this was a relatively small job and something any able body handyman woman could handle but I wanted it done correctly and expeditiously. I contacted Raymon and explained the project, he agreed to send two of his crew out even though they were in the midst of a big job.The carpenters called a half hour prior to arrival as I requested and arrived right on time at 8:00am. They got to work immediately sheathing the loft of my shop and installing a 375lb capacity attic ladder. It only took them 5 hours to complete the work. Everything was attached using high quality construction screws, their workmanship was outstanding.I’m now in the process of running a electrical circuit up to the loft for lighting and a hoist. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.I will absolutely call Raymon for any future projects and highly recommend you do the same.Services: General building construction“

Belks Plumbing & Contracting Contractors

“Belks did the pex conversion to our house before we took possessionNo issues at all! They came and cleared a grease clog. No issues since. Belks came to install a new frost free faucet for us a couple months ago. While in the crawlspace, Chris discover our shower drain had come disconnected, sludge all over the crawlspace. Who knows how long we might have gone without this discovery. This led to a insurance claim with our entire bathroom being torn out due to water damage. ? Now, after a brutal battle with Allstate, our bathroom is nearing completion. Who do you think I called to reconnect all the plumbing? BELKS PLUMBING! And I was lucky enough to get Chris again! Strongly recommend! You will be in "good hands"!“

Beach Bear Property Services Contractors

“I'm giving them 4 stars because there were some issues I wanted clarification on and never felt I received. Hired Beach Bear to work on a house I have on the LB Peninsula. I thought I asked all the right questions, but everything is still unclear to me: Is Cole the owner or the manager? Is the job (roof) and (gutter) going to be subbed out to another company, or does Cole and a crew do the work? Is the sub who shows up to the job site licensed, bonded and insured? Yes, I know the contract states that Beach Bear is the General Contractor, but are the subs licensed. And if there's a change to the written estimate and signed DocuSign bid, will Cole give customer a written change order to verify the work completed is guarantee. And if the sub didn't fix the leaky gutter- why do I have to call him to come back? If BB is the general they should handle everything and didn't. I am okay with the work done, but not thrilled with the lack of transparency on who is on site actually doing the work and following up with any issues. Not worth filing an L&I complaint but notes for any future customers.“
