This was my first meeting with dr kendal as my pcp. He is an absolute wonderful doctor. Personally, i would rather have a physician with no beside manner however have them posses all of the skills necessary to properly treat me with no warmth of heart. Dr kendal is not this type. He is the opposite. Dr kendal possess all the talent, along WITH all of the heart to go along with it. He also possess one hell of a sense of humor and furthermore a talent that in my experience does not come along much which make him the total package as a physician. I will elaborate. I was in for some lab and needed a jab - the lady in the front reception (elderly black lady) promptly helped me to get in- she went out of her way to speak to a nurse to help me even though I didn’t have an appointment. I felt she went above and beyond and extremely helpful. I will not forget her act of kindness.

The first thing I noticed was that none of the employees from pharmacy, reception, nursing staff and even doctors were wearing masks. I guess eventually they are optional but at a medical facility I expected a few. The facility itself is very clean inside, despite being in a very rough part of town. The appointment said 9:05 when I booked it so I arrived at 9:00. Then I looked online and the actual appointment time was 9:20. They had me waiting in the lobby until 9:30.
