We all know our healthcare system has been rough not only for seeking care but for healthcare workers too. I bring my 2 daughters to see Dr. Ofei and I see Stephanie Santos. The front desk is always so kind (ESPECIALLY JAY) and the nurses are always so helpful. I know the system is hard to work with but the people here are what make it better! Love this team and how hard they work for us!
Matthew Palmblad and his staff are amazing and have been a godsend to me and my family. I always feel heard and understood. Takes the time to listen and is detrimental in keeping my specialists and meds straight for me. I cannot thank him enough for coordinating my care and meds. So happy to have found a PCP who actually cares about my wellbeing! Love that I can make appointments online and there is a lab in office.
The clinic is wonderful! The staff is great. I've never waited in line. My doctor seems fabulous. I have no complaints whatsoever. There's only one lab tech of you need labs done, but there's never much of a wait, and she's worth it.
