Very easy to make an appointment and got in in just a few days. All staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Wait time was very minimal. My issues were addressed and a plan going forward was made. Very efficient overall

The daily robo calls to remind me of my appointment starting a week out are quite annoying. The before you get a live person and confirm with them you get another call later that day. How automation is destroying a service that needs to be personal.

Im a little taken back by the 2.9 reviews. Personally ive had only positive experiances through many appointments both virtual visits (1) and multiple in person appts . It is a busy office . Coordination from the front desk,to billing,to medical assistants & from the nurse practitioners (Kaur,Arshdeep) . Never a problem. Granted basic things or questions may arrise being the nature of the beast. But nothing that wasnt addressed and with a conclusion to the matter. So again im a little surprised at some of the reviews. Ive only had positive interactions.
