I came in with the most botched haircut ever. Tracy came recommended and he didn't disappoint!!! He made me feel sexy again! Called to see if I could be squeezed in for same day appointment. Roberta was able to squeeze me in. I had the worst haircut from a previous chain haircut place. So I came to Distinctive Hair because it had great reviews and is very close to my home. Roberta was gracefully polite and asked me so many questions about what I'd want for my hair, if I liked certain things, etc... I've never had a stylist ask me questions but she knew her stuff. She would ask if it was something I'd like she gave me options and told me exactly what those options would do. Tracy was a life saver!! First of all, he fit me in on short notice due to a disaster haircut I got from a different salon. My hair was so choppy and uneven and Tracy evened it all out and fixed the layers so my hair would grow out nicely. Tracy was easy to talk to and he was respectful and kind. And not to mention his prices are very reasonable. ?
