We came here yesterday hoping to find a satisfactory car, so lucky with the help of Mark Henderson and Mai Giron who helped us a lot from buying a house to buying a car, finally we bought a really great car. Mediocre service department I paid for a new FOB & no one contacted me for the pickup I called 2 weeks after to see what had happened with my FOB. They had it & I initially had to pay upfront for my FOB but when I finally get my car there is a $200 fee for the programming of service. This was a surprise to me wasn't explained that this was the process. The service department personnel all look at their screens & do not acknowledge customers. SLOW Service is there specialty - I always get plenty of people asking me for help after I've been explaining to the service tech I've been standing in the service area for 20+ minutes.
