So glad I was referred to Head2Toe by a friend! Their approach to not only making my back feel better, but also the soft tissue work and teaching me to do exercises at home is a perfect combo.
I came into the office with a stiff, sore back. It had been cramping all day. After a treatment by Dr. James, I walked out pain free and walking normally. My pain did not return all evening! Thank you, Dr. James! You're amazing!!!!
If you have a hitch in your giddy-up, go here! These people REALLY know what they’re doing! Dr.James, Kimo, and Leah LISTEN , diagnose, and educate with a purpose of long term function and mobility. Bonus- personable!
