about 5 years back I got carpets and linoleum flooring.now there is a stain in the linoleum and it needs to be patched.I have extra, so I asked them if they could send a guy around to help me out. I would pay I said.and do it when they are in the neighborhood. Nope they won't do it. no reason just nope
