My 8 year old daughter absolutely loves the kids classes! Kickboxing on Tuesdays and Ju jitsu on Thursdays! Ken is a amazing instructor and so good with all the kids! She is learning so much and looks forward to these classes each week ❤️
I have had the pleasure of working with Ken and his team in many capacities of training. His team had helped me prepare for my last 2 fights which I finished both. Ken is extremely technical and has a no nonsense straight forward approach. Check him out.
I have a great time watching David work with Coach Ken! The overall vibe is great, David is bringing home new knowledge everytime and more importantly he is enjoying himself while learning!
