Got my first waxing ever with Joy and she made it a great experience. I was really nervous, but she made me comfortable and was extremely professional and thorough explaining what she was doing and what products she was using. Overall an amazing job well done. Definitely recommend and will be going back for another waxing.

I have been going to Joy for nearly four years now, and I can confidently say I will never go to another esthetician. The comfort, service, care, and results from Joy are beyond excellent each time. I cannot recommend her enough, she is so personable and makes you feel so comfortable throughout your appointment, and of course getting a wax is not anyone’s favorite feeling but somehow she makes the discomfort very minimal, borderline dismal with her bubbly personality and assuring conversation. She has become a regular budget for me as I will never go backwards. Go to Joy. She is the best of the best. Would give her 10 stars if I could, maybe my firstborn if need be... read full review

Joy is very knowledgeable and friendly. She explains everything she does and why throughout the process. I have been a regular waxing client of hers for years. I have even gotten a facial with her, which was a big deal for me after I had a terrible facial experience elsewhere. I would, and do recommend her to family and friends any day!
