During a remodel, my general contractor subbed out the HVAC work to Seattle furnace. John came, install the units, took payment, and the units were never functional. My general contractor tried to reach out to them repeatedly, with no response. As a result, I had to call another HVAC company to come out and fix the problem with their work. He even denied doing the work, denied receiving payment (despite cashed checks and check images). No wonder they are out of business now. Green City Heating (who bought Seattle Furnace) also was zero help.

Spoke with John about getting an estimate for a residential furnace replacement. Got scheduled to have Dave show up at noon the following Sunday and nobody showed up that day nor called. Left a message at 12:30 on Sunday asking if there was perhaps some miscommunication.Spoke with John again Monday morning, he apologized and said he would followup. I reached out via text message later on and John apologized and said "... they will have to pass on this one, thank you for contacting us though."Perfectly understandable, but a no-show for an appointment and then stating they're not interested in my business was not ideal.
