Shannon is very friendly and knowledgeable about curly hair/products. She was very accommodating and made sure that I felt comfortable, especially during COVID (e.g. window open, towel over face during hair wash).

I am one of lucky ones to get an appointment with Shannon for a curly cut. I was blown away with not only her knowledge and kindness, but her skill and thoughtful way of explaining everything. I learned so much, and enjoyed every minute of my time here. When I saw how long curly cuts take I was a little intimidated, as it can be a long time to chat with a stranger. Shannon made it so comfortable and is just plain sweet! I am SO happy with my hair. I usually leave and have to restyle at home. I left with bouncy curls and can't stop admiring my hair.
