Jared at Arrow was a great help getting a key unstuck from a car ignition. It was a stupid mistake I made and the experience with Arrow Lock Service was nothing but great. Would recommend to anyone.

We were locked out of our apartment last night when it was 7 degrees and blowing sideways. We were so nervous and cold but the gentleman that came was kind and quick helping us get back inside and warmed up. Would highly recommend.

My truck ignition decided to seize up at the Bow Hill Rest Area (south of Bellingham.) Bill was so helpful trying to arrange some assistance on an extremely busy day for him. He was able to send Jared to fix my ignition, which Jared did with a smile, speed and excellent knowledge.Thanks so much for saving the day.
