Been looking for a new salon for my bf and I came across this salon through a community page. Thao was amazing and has such a bright personality. Highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a place that works with asian hair.
I'm a asian guy with long wavy hair. I showed 3 pictures of an old haircut that I liked, showing all important angles needed to get a full picture. The result was far, far, far from what I had initially showed her. There's also a chunk of hair missing in the back right side of my head and is uneven. Based on the result alone, I would give a 0 star, but I guess she "tried". I wish she had just told me she did not know how to cut my hair type and declined to cut it. The result is truly horrendous compared to the exact pictures (of myself) that I had showed.Edit: Revising rating after owner reached out to address issue
There's a reason I don't go to anyone else in the area, Thao cares deeply about her clients and goes to great lengths to make them happy. I will be a customer for years to come
