First time trying this place. Very satisfied with the result, level of service, and reasonable prices (for downtown Bellevue). Naomi was my stylist and exhibited great attention to detail. Did not rush through the haircut even though the next customer had arrived and was waiting. Friendly and takes the time to check in at each step to make sure you’re happy with length, are comfortable, etc. A thorough and fantastic job all-around! Would come back again. Thanks!

From perfect location, to friendly customer service, cleanliness and all Covid Protocol in place, this place is the place to be for a good, I mean great hair cut. I love Hayley, she is very detailed, has great advice on style and is passionate with her hair cuts. I went in with a great hair cut in mind and given how curly my hair was, Hayley was very honest to share her opinion and advice me on a different style. SO glad she didn't listen to me and just cut my hair the way I wanted. It would have been disaster. This was the first time I have been to The Shop, and it was an awesome experience. Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The person at the front was super nice and friendly when checking me in and out. The barber I saw was Garrett. He did an amazing job on my hair. Since it was the first time receiving a hair cut with him, he took the time to go over what kind of style and hair cut I wanted. I wasn’t completely sure how short I wanted to go, and he was very understanding and walked me through a few different lengths until we reached the one I was looking for.
