Brought my C300 (2016) for some issues. Not only were they all fixed the same day, the entire experience was highly professional, very friendly & reasonable priced. They definitely know how to take care of their customers.

I bought my GLE 350 from them and had slight vibrations when applying brakes. They fixed the problem though, highly technical with flawless dexterity. Never owned a Mercedes and now I have become a fan this brand and Automaster dealership. They were professional and courteous in their dealings with me.

I have always had excellent experience at The Automaster. I owned a CL 55 that they've worked on a couple times for me. The estimate always came in at or lower when the car was finished. The work was done faster than expected and no problem with the repairs. I tried to get work done cheaper at other mechanics and it didn't work out well. The Mercedes mechanics at The Automaster knows your car they have computers that recognize problems immediately so there's less time on the diagnostics.
