Fabulous service! They weren't able to help me in the way I expected, but the ladies offered an alternative that was fabulous. It was so appreciated and I highly recommend this location!

so I went to the one in cholchester with a giant olaf mascot and they were honest and said he would get ruiend if they cleaned him. They did not want to take that chance. They recommended ways that I could go about cleaning the costume myself. It was not about making money but rather taking care of the costomer and wanting to keep that costume 100% I'm impressed!
