I was staying in Killington, VT for a few days. I am a massage therapist myself, and was looking forward to getting a massage. I checked out the website and the prices were reasonable for what I was looking for. I called twice and left a specific message about the appointment I wanted to make and when. I never got a call back about availability.
A friend and I had awesome massage with Lemon Verbena body Polish. The staff were all helpful and apologetic for the lack of space. Deirdre and Alex were amazing. It is a holiday weekend but with that in mind there was only one small changing room and one shower. We had to wait for people to move out then in the spa waiting room there were 6 seats and 13 people. A family changing room would also be a welcome addition. The 5 young boys watched the elderly lady change must have seen too much! I know I didn't need to see that!
Michelle is fantastic and really knows what she's doing, particularly for sports-related soreness. I will definitely go to her again. Plus, when you visit her at Spa in the Woods, you can pay an additional $15 to get access to the gym, lap pool, and spa facilities.
