We loved working with Bill Johnston of SERVPRO for our water damage situation! We had a roofing disaster during which the roofing company took the entire roof off of our house on a day with torrential storms - water was coming through the light fixtures and into every ceiling. The first water mitigation company we called was able to come evaluate, but couldn’t come set up water mitigation at a time that worked for us. We were glad they were busy because Bill with SERVPRO came with a thermal camera and caught water damage in many rooms that the first company had not discovered! It took us 10 days, many industrial dehumidifiers and dozens of fans to dry out the house.... read full review

Bill and his team responded quickly and were informative about the process. They checked in several times to measure progress and have more specialized tools which saved us from having to rip up more flooring. I would use this team again.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
