This was my first time there and I can say I finally found a home nail shop. I was serviced by Vee. I got a pedicure, fill and eyebrow wax. Very seldom am I at a place that I get to work with the same person for all services. Vee was very gentle and precise! They also offered mimosas and water, the music was tasteful, they were very clean and the customer service was impeccable. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely recommend!

I needed an overhaul and fix of 3 nails that fell off from a full set I had done last Sunday at a nail salon in Chesapeake.My DIL made us an appointment at the recommendation of a coworker. Let me just say hands down, MiMi did a wonderful job on correcting another salons mess.I posted my before and after. She fixed the 3 missing tips,fixed the shape, and did a wonderful polish job. Got my hands, looking totally transformed.I appreciate the attentiveness of the service and customer service as you walk in by the young lady as soon as you arrive.We were late for our appt , and she was so pleasant in accommodating us anyhow. The staff at this spa was kind & still accommodated all of our needs despite being late. Dealing with 7 chatty & crazy women at one time can be a handful. Everyone enjoyed their time & we will be back - hopefully on time.
