We have been using Direct Tax at Little Creek for years. There has never been any problem. Excellent customer service. There is separate free tax help on the base, I started to use it once, many years ago and he suggested cheating. I’d much rather pay to be taken care of properly. It can take some time, there are few of them and many of us, it’s not something that should be rushed through, they try to make sure it’s done correctly.

I have been using Direct Tax for a while. They charge you from 150 to 300 depending how complicated is your case. Usually many states, small business, landlords etc., Only one year one of the employees forgot to send the papers to the correct state but everyone makes mistakes. However, they sent me a letter of 50% discount for the following year. In other words they recognized their mistake. After all nobody is perfect but overall we are very please with their service. We have been in Little Creek and Oceana both no problem. I hope this helps. Just a humble opinion.
