Me and my wife just moved into our home and we were experiencing electrical issues in 2 bedrooms. Sam, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose our issues rather quickly. He was extremely informative and helped us future proof any common issues. Thank you again Sam! We appreciate your help!
Johnny was my technician. He was so nice and very efficient. I had a situation last night where I thought I had a major issue with an electrical outlet and called Colonial, they were going to send someone out immediately at 1030pm. After fully looking at the outlet, I realized it wasn’t as much of an issue as I thought, and scheduled for someone to come out today. Johnny was prompt and on time. Furthermore, I’m a snake owner.
