Douglas Roofing did a fantastic job replacing the old and crumbling roof on our house. From their initial help researching whether roof damage was covered by insurance through the selection of new roof options and financing options, they were a transparent, informative, and trusted partner. They remained constant during delays caused by other unrelated home renovations, ready to execute once those other projects cleared they way for them to begin work. I called Douglas Roofing on a Sunday, And spoke with Mike. He sent a representative out the next day. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof, and would highly recommend this company. They had a great team, and everybody knew their roles and responsibilities. Professional and polite. Timing was perfect.
