I called on 1-10 (he was apologetic that he couldn't be here the same day and he needn't have been) and, even though we lived about 40 miles away, he was here the first thing on 1-11 on a terribly cold morning. In no time we had fixed our problem (burst pipe - we had no water from Saturday am 1-8 until he fixed it). If he is willing to make the trip we would love to keep using Clearwater - cordial, fast, honest, very reasonably priced and efficient. I have had an issue for 11 months now. In the last month alone I have had at least 10 plumbers come out promise to do the work then not show up or call back as promised. Clearwater came out told me what they was going to do, and stuck to their word. The man that did my work was extremely kind and informative and worked very hard. I will only use them from now on for my plumbing. I highly recommend them in Rockbridge county. The rest of the plumbers from this area are very unprofessional. I own my own business and I expect people to treat me the same as I do my clients. Clearwater did that!
