I loved Melanie's ashiatsu barefoot massage. Just walking into her space made me feel calmer and happier - smells so nice, relaxing music. She gave me the choice of which essential oils to use. My favorite part was at the end, ashi-thai stretching - that felt incredible and was so effective! She never rushed and was very thorough. I could tell she has a lot of experience and knowledge, and she really seems to care about your wellbeing and experience also. I've been exploring massage therapists in Roanoke, and so far, my experience with Melanie has been the most thorough and enjoyable.
I've been here multiple times over the past year. I always leave feeling less tense and more calm. Melanie is an expert therapist who listens to you. She truly cares and wants to help. I am so glad I found Heart & Sole Barefoot Massage!
