Olivia, with Landmark, not only gave a prompt response to my initial voicemail, she also arranged a same-day showing of the property I was interested in seeing. This alone would have earned my 5-star rating after countless disappointing interactions (or lack there of) with leasing agents from other rental companies.Within just a matter of days, Olivia was able to help me secure the space I hope to call “home” for the next few years. Throughout the seamless application/approval/signing process, she provided me with an unparalleled customer-service experience. Receiving additional assistance from Julie and Essence along the way only further assured me that the entire Landmark team will likely meet, or exceed, my service expectations moving forward.
