Great Service and the guy Ford that delivered my items was exceptional. Ford went above and beyond to ensure that my items were handled with care and placed very close to my apartment building which was a great added help!

They were wonderful! They called ahead the day before shipment and also about 45 minutes before coming. The young man who came, Josh, was positive, pleasant, professional, and had a can do attitude getting my large chair in my smaller door. He made it work, all the while being careful not to harm the chair. He even told me to go ahead a check to make sure everything was ok before he left! Why can’t every company have an employee like that!!!! The experience was awesome!!!!
