I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! We had to go through home warranty for our hot water heater to get fixed, and the home warranty is one giant jerk around, however Michelle called them over and over again to get our situation rectified and expedited. I am hard to impress but I am IMPRESSED with her drive to continuously contact home warranty to expedite our repair. With two little ones at home, being without hot water was challenging. Our tech, Lee, was great as well and very knowledgeable. High recommend this company, as they were pleasant to work with.

Chris showed up for a home warranty plumbing job and did a great job. He spent over an hour working to clear a clogged drain preventing us from washing clothes. He stuck it out and cleared the clog. Great job Chris.

First I would like to thank God the Father, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Ghost for everything because without them, nothing would work. Next, I would like to write this to say thank you to Mr. Walter from J.F Whitlow, the ladies who work in the office there, and Cinch Home Warranty Customer Service. Mr. Walter leveled the condensing unit, and helped me with the return air cleaning and pest proofing in my house even though it was not part of his regular job description. He also showed me how to take the door off the hinges and put it back on to gain access to the return air. I really appreciate his help.
