Didn't even get anything done. Walked in, with over an hour before close, and first of all, don't even get acknowledged, had to yell put "hello" before even realizing we were there. Asked for 2 pedicures, got told no. Welp, okay, bye. Go to car, getting kid put back in, lady comes out and says this lady can do the pedicure....oh but only for one... no thanks, it's for us both, so we pass.
Then the other lady walks up and says they can do them both, and at this point we're both just nah, we're good. Unprofessional from the start. Even if you said pedicure lady will be right back, we wouldn't have minded waiting. I digress though, I'd just be weary of here..
It was ok. I loved the table shower, but service was mah at best. Massage was too soft even after asking for harder. The lady kept leaving and texting and felt they shorted me time.
I was gifted a Mother's Day massage by my son, who had used Groupon. I attempted to make an appt by phone and couldn't get thru, so I drove there. The location on Virginia Beach Blvd had closed and the sign indicated they had a new location, Hilltop. So, I drove over there to make an appt, since apparently they weren't answering the phone. When I arrived, I was shocked to find they weren't in business! I was pretty upset as you can imagine. I never told my son as he was underway with other things to worry about. I kept waiting for them to reopen, something, but was never able to get in contact with them. I'll never use them after the scam I encountered. Which is a shame, as I can now see they've opened a location closer to my home.
