The store atmosphere was great! Soothing music, lighting & heated massage tables.The massage itself was fairly good. I like that my therapist felt around for trouble areas.I don’t like that I arrived for my appointment 15 til & I didn’t start my massage until 10 mins after my start time. I would have been fine with the delay but the massage was not extended. There are too many other massage places around that are cheaper & render better massages to continue going there.

Unfortunately I did not stay for the massage. I walked in to schedule an appointment. I wasn't told anything about the treatment or what to expect. The day of my appointment I was asked to come in early for paperwork. I arrived 30 min early and finished the paperwork in about 3/5 min. It went downhill from there. I don't believe there is a relaxation room to sit in before your massage because I was never brought to one. I sat in the front lobby where you could hear all of the employees conversations and complaints. I was never offered a beverage. Most spas have at least water for their customers. Simply Amazing, I've had the Benefit of experiencing some of the Therapists and they are all Amazing! don't forget to ask for names so you can ask for the. on your next session! By Far my Favorite Therapist is Lee/ I have not been disappointed,just saying
