I called Richard Otto at 8am this morning requesting that he remove my chandelier and replace the original light fixture today in preparation for my move. He arrived with an assistant within 4 hours. They were friendly, professional, and experienced to handle the job. They also swept the residual debris on their own and restored the furniture that had to be moved. I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.
You wouldn't believe the service!: returned my phone call immediately, showed up 5 minutes before they said they would. So knowledgeable and efficient. Great trouble shooters. You don't find a company as good as this very often. They are keepers!
I can’t even recall the last time I was so impressed w a service call. This gentleman,Richard S. Otto provided my electrical needs w a quick response at a very fair price under terrible weather circumstances however, he was still able to complete his task in a very timely manner.
