Yes I'm a woman and I got my hair cut at the Best Barber Shop at 9118 Mathis Avenue located between J.E. Rice and the Family Dollar in the Manassas Shopping Center. No customers when in the shop. I asked the gentlemen did he cut women's hair and he does. I hadn't had my hair cut for 2.5 years. He made me feel like myself again. $17.00 I paid $20.00.
I have been going here for 12 years now. Never have to wait very long, very thorough, and professional job. I usually take my son with me and we get a haircut together and on the rare occasions I've taken my two daughters as well. They don't make them like this anymore. This is my go to place.
