Top notch service and care, particularly by Ms. Whitney and Dr. Ngo. Everyone from the office is very personable and kind. Phone calls are picked up in a timely manner and scheduling is a breeze. One of my children is an anxious dental patient and he felt very comfortable during his recent visit. Ms. Whitney explained what she was going to do and was very kind throughout the visit. Railroad Dental is a great choice for our family!
I recently had a dental cleaning appointments with Whitney and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. From the moment I walked in,Whitney made me feel at ease with their warm and friendly demeanor.
Absolutely awesome....everyone at reception, Kelly, Dr Ngo and his assistant are fantastic .Dr. Ngo explained everything and we started a plan I could understand. His assistant (sorry I cannot remember how to spell her name) but she knows who she is...lol...she was a very knowledgeable and so very concerned for my comfort. Very lovely lady.
