Scheduled an appointment about two - three weeks out to do a yearly maintenance on our generator. They never showed up or even called. I have called 3 times and it's gone to voicemail. I left a courteous message to ask them to call me - NOTHING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they don't show up or even have the courtesy to call.

Experienced electricians with great people skills. They are extremely knowledgeable about Generac generators as well.
