We had a hailstorm in the area in mid-April 2024. Joe and Jon guided me through filing an insurance claim for damages to the roof, without being salesy. When the insurance company’s estimator came, they climbed on the roof and pointed out to areas that the estimator missed. Subsequently the insurance company revised their estimate based on Impact’s report. After the insurance company authorized the payment, Impact worked with my schedule and completed the work in 2 days. The work quality was excellent. Overall it was such a pleasant experience that I recommended them to my neighbors. I strongly endorse Impact!
When it comes to roofing in the DMV, it doesn’t get much better than Impact. Jon and Brian, the owners, are such solid guys and so professional. Their attention to detail and customer service was amazing throughout the entire process as we worked with them to replace our roof and siding on our 40 year old house.
