Kiyan and Mike professionally removed and installed two 50gallon water heaters. They endured the 100degree heat of the day and the frustrations of the job with spectacular ease. They were at all times concerned with the safety of the project(s) and maintaining the esthetic requirements that I wanted as a homeowner. While no one wants anymore home projects, you can't go wrong with Kiyan, Mike and 'Jimbo' (master plumbler) taking care of it for you.
Mark (the technician) was very professional and thorough. Also, the phone staff help me out in re-scheduling the appointment.
As a result, I signed up for the annual protection plan. I would recommend AirPlus to anyone.
Had a great experience with Airplus. Their scheduling person was very polite and asked some up front questions to understand our issue. In my case, thankfully a technician was able to arrive pretty quickly to fix our AC. He was very nice and professional, also super efficient with helping us and getting our AC up and running! He even helped us schedule additional service we needed before he left. The price was a bit steep, just some capacitor parts. I haven’t done a lot of price comparisons yet. But that said, our problem was fixed quickly and professionally. They’ve been reliable both times we’ve used them and we are not DiYers so I appreciated their help!
