I am away from my home network and have been totally dependent on my laptop for work and it suddenly quit charging about 2 weeks ago. I assumed it was the power cord and ordered a new one online - which took a week to arrive but still had no success. After getting the new cord and having no luck, I called Morgan on a weekend in desperation and he answered! Not only that, he offered to come and get the computer. I elected to give him the weekend off. I took the laptop to him on Monday and it was repaired by Tuesday and is working perfectly. Mr. Morgan was very knowledgeable and friendly while he worked with me. He was able to fix what needed fixing and fixed other things on my computer as well. Excellent job well done. Bravo. Five stars.

Morgan has helped me with website & computer needs. He is prompt, very honest and Pleasant to have around. He has gotten computer Problems fixed & worked out a Facebook Issues. I will call him again!
