Rob Mink and his team are a blessing to the Northern Neck! We don't have many options for computer help around here, and thankfully his team is always quick and courteous with my laptop support! From deleting viruses, repairing mechanical failures, to upgrades ... they are the best! Thanks guys!
This is my husband's and my go-to for anything technical, from surround sound and cable hookup to smart phone to computers. Their customer service is impeccable. Service is always completed as promised and home visits are always on schedule.
I dropped my (non-working) laptop off at 10 am and it was repaired by 2:00 pm the same day. Northern Neck Computer Consultants provided friendly, fast service and the repair cost was extremely reasonable. What a great business to have in Kilmarnock!
