I have been a customer for a few years now. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. More importantly, the quality of the service is never compromised. My mixed Yorkie has cataracts and is blind. My husband and I decided to move forward with surgery, and it was recommended that we get Zeus groomed prior to his procedure. Paws and Claws were flexible in allowing us to change our previously scheduled appointment with short notice to accommodate the Optometrist's recommendations. They showed compassion and concern while working us in for an earlier appointment. Zeus looked amazing as always and words can't express my gratitude during this challenging time.
