“I am extremely pleased with the braiding service that I received on today. I called the shop Monday afternoon and was sitting in her chair on Wednesday morning. She was patient and gentle with my hair and edges. The shop is extremely clean and there’s plenty of parking on both sides of the shop. The hospitality was top notch and I’m a lifetime customer now. I value customer service and she is phenomenal and personable.

“I made the mistake of going to get my hair cut at a chain store that ends in “Cuttery”, and it was HORRIBLE! I was in tears looking for somewhere that might be able to fix it ASAP; I spoke with Natalie and I know she could hear how upset I was so she put me on hold and talked to one of the girls that was working and told me to come straight to the salon. It all started with my hair and make up trial for my wedding. At this time Tina took her time to give me recommendations for my hair and make up with the style of hair I had and what I wanted. I fell in love and I knew that this salon was the perfect spot to bring all of my girls for their hair and makeup. For my wedding in May 2024 they had everything perfectly organized and ready for me and the bridal party to get their hair and make up done in the salon! They were also very accommodating when I needed to add a girl for hair and make up last minute. Additionally all of our hair and make up lasted ALL day and night on a hot day!
