My 2 children and I had pedicures. We did not schedule appointments but were taken back for pedicures immediately. They did an excellent job and were very kind and didn't mind my youngest giggling over her tickle feet. I returned the next day (08/30/2023) and got a gel manicure (it is still perfect besides it growing out 09/12/2023). I made an appointment but it was not necessary. There were several employees available. Quite a few other patrons were receiving services at the same time and most, if not all, seemed to be returning customers.
I had gone somewhere else previously and I wanted to have my nails fixed since the old place left bubbles on the gel polish. I went in for a polish change, eyebrow wax and gel pedicure/ polish change. They were able to accommodate me quickly but I felt unwelcome the entire visit. The lady doing my feet seemed like she didn't want to, same with the lady that did my fingernails. They did an ok job, better than the other place but they weren't friendly at all. I'm pretty sure they charged me for a full manicure even though all I got was a polish change. I asked the woman after my nails if i could still do my eyebrows. Three stars is generous. Sooo I had gone to them years ago and could not remember why i stopped going. It’s nothing more disappointing when you have people that seem to rush to get you in and out. I understand there may be a time set to get customers rotating but at the end of the customer satisfaction should be a priority. I went back recently for a nail fill because my person was not available and I called myself goinf back because the nail tech did a great job. However my experience on today was beyond unsatisfactory. When I arrived yes the young lady greeted me. However when I sat for pedicure the gentleman rushed.
