Been going here on and off for years. Just leaving with pinched skin from tweezers. The tech pinched my skin so hard my left eyebrow skin was bleeding. I left with complaint and plenty of out of place hairs due to not wanting to continue. Very disappointed in the service.
The staff is very pleasant if you're a walk-in or a fairly new customer. Don't let this fool you! Once you become an 'established' customer, they feel they can treat you like cattle and just move you through as quickly as possible. After going there for years, today I wasn't given the opportunity to pick another color - the technician said they didn't have time for me to do that as they had another client with an appointment right after me. I, too, had an appointment. I was told they remembered my color from last time and seemed irritated when I said I would like a different one. On my out, I stopped to look at the swatches for next time.... read full review
