You can definitely tell it’s under new management, staff is nice, greeting, and kind with all customers. The place looks clean, comfortable, and feels great to workout in. I’m not disappointed with it at all and look forward to my daily workouts at planet fitness.

I have a classic membership, wanted to use the massage chair. I called and asked if permission could be granted. Spoke with Grace, was so courteous and allowed me to come in to use it for one time. ?

I would like to thank MARGE for excellent customer service in Plank Road Frederickburg VA, she always does a good explanation when asked a question and always have a smile everytime when me and my nephew walk in,... just an inspiration for the morning to have someone great you with a good morning smile in there face.
