I had an auto emergency today and AAA dispatched JKJ Transport. The driver came quickly and took good care of my car while moving it onto and off of the rollback truck. The driver also took me to my shop and was a great conversationalist. The whole experience made the distress of a broken-down car much better. Thanks JKJ!

Car broke down in Dumfries and they were the ones sent out when I called triple a. Their response was super fast, and luckily the tow driver, Joshua, was willing to wait by my car until my uber was able to get there. He was very knowledgeable and respectful, and great to talk to on the drive to the repair shop. I think for the first time ever this was a towing experience I actually enjoyed.
