England Run Veterinary Clinic has been with us on the most routine visits as well as the most tragic ones. They've shown incomparable compassion and consideration at every visit. I'm surprised to see other reviews remarking on high prices, because having been a pet owner with medically complex animals for two decades, this place seems to almost under-price their services. I've never walked out feeling like I got less than my money's worth for the care received, and they always are ready with various options to meet price-point needs. I am giving 3 stars not because of service but price. I have notice the last 2 years prices have soared out of proportion to inflation. I just paid $339 for Lyme and Bordetella shots, one heartworm check, a bite of unknown origin. What bothered me the most was a charge of $38.50 for a nail trim. Dr. Hunter is no longer associated with England Run Clinic. He was such a lovely vet and I was very fond of him. Things have changed here as mentioned by a earlier client.

We had a phenomenal first visit at this clinic. I had messed up our appointment date for a completely different day and all of the nurses and Dr. Powers made time for us to still be seen today. Every vet tech and receptionist came to say hello to our little baby and made her feel so welcomed despite her shy demeanor. We knew right away she was in good hands. They went over all of our vaccination records and health checks thoroughly to make sure they were up to date with her. Dr. Powers then came in and was so good with our baby girl.
