Always very knowledgeable, considerate, compassionate and great customer service. From the doctors to the staff. I have been taking my cats to England Run Veterinary for 14 years and I am very happy with their service. Each doctor has their special qualities. Thank you England Run for such wonderful affectionate attention you have given my pets.
The Dr's here not only show great attention to Annie but to me, as her dog Mom. I am OCD about my dogs health and they never chastise me for all my questions or concerns. They truly care about their customers
Dr. Fisher and her team are great, and they genuinely care. We had an emergency case, and they did everything they could to help. They even stayed a little past closing until they felt comfortable letting our dog go home. You could really tell that they’re there because they love what they do and care about their patients and their parents. They pretty much brought our baby back from the brink of death. They called to check in on us throughout the night and were sincerely happy to see him the next day, walking around and doing better at his follow-up. Superb team, 10/10.
